THE BLUEBERRIES
Castellvilar is the first blueberry farm in Catalonia. Our blueberries ripen between oaks and oaks where they find ideal climatic conditions to develop exclusive characteristics and flavors.
The Castellvilar cranberry is not only characterized by its quality and unique taste. Included in the group called superfoods, it brings a multitude of benefits to our body.
WHITE GOAT OF RASQUERA
Their morphological constitution makes them excellent for controlling all types of unwanted vegetation. Its ability to graze selectively helps to keep under control the areas that are difficult to work with machinery. They also help recycle biomass and maintain a cycle of nutrients within the system, because their manure is an excellent organic fertilizer.
How do we return the favor? In our case, offering him a protected space. The Rasquera white goat, originally from the Terres de l'Ebre, is the last stronghold of the autochthonous goat genetic heritage in Catalonia and is in danger of extinction.
It does not stand out for its milk production, but for the delicacy of its meat. But above all its value lies in its resistance and ability to contribute to the sustainability of agricultural systems.
