You can imagine that, on the way to achieving something as unusual as a thriving coffee crop outside of a tropical climate, we have learned a lot. While it is true that we started with a very broad base in terms of knowledge, on the ground we have encountered unexpected obstacles that have really shaped our experience.
Today we are ready to pass on what we have learned and, like good coffee, to do it with dedication. For this reason, we have prepared a whole series of activities.
